In July 2006, the Netherlands NCP received a request for review by a trade union alleging that a US subsidiary of a Dutch-based multinational enterprise had breached the employment and industrial relations provisions of the Guidelines in the United States.
In April 2007 an agreement was reached between the parties and the NCP duly concluded the specific instance.
