Summary | Read the initial assessment issued by the Swiss NCP – 18 November 2015 This specific instance was brought by an individual concerning an alleged breach of labour rights by his former employer Société Générale de Surveillance SA. Specifically the individual raised the issue of insufficient compensation and termination of employment in contravention of the Labour Code of Mali. The issues in question arose over 10 years ago and have been treated and subsequently dismissed within several legal proceedings due to lack of sufficient evidence and statute of limitations issues. Based on these circumstances the Swiss NCP rejected the complaint and issued an initial assessment. |
