Summary | In June 2001, a request for review was received by the Czech Republic's NCP by the Czech-Moravian Confederation of Trade Unions alleging that a Czech subsidiary of Bosch, a German-owned multinational enterprise, was breaching the employment and industrial relations provisions of the Guidelines. Four meeting were organised by the NCP and subsequently the parties declared that a constructive social dialogue had been launched in the company and the conflict between the parties had been resolved. #nationallaw #labourrights #labourconditions #automotive #legitimateinterest #campaigning #localsubsidiary #ILOtripartitedeclaration #ILOconventions #policychange #agreement
