OECD Business Survey - Responsible Business Conduct in Latin America and the Caribbean
Understanding the practices, opportunities & challenges of building responsible supply chains
The OECD Centre for Responsible Business Conduct (RBC) launched the results of the 2021 Business Survey on RBC in Latin America and the Caribbean during the Responsible Business Alliance Latin America Conference on 2 September 2021.
The survey was conducted between November 2020 and January 2021 in the framework of the project on Responsible Business Conduct in Latin America and the Caribbean (LAC) and in co-operation with the LAC National Contact Points for RBC. This survey was sent to companies based in or doing business in 9 LAC countries to obtain first-hand information on the RBC practices, opportunities and challenges.
The survey was disseminated in Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Ecuador, Mexico, Panama and Peru and was open to responses from companies headquartered in or doing business in these countries for a period of 9 weeks (from 23 November 2020 to 31 January 2021). In total, 501 company representatives across the different target countries and a broad range of industries responded.
