| Summary | On 26 May 2019, the trade union (Sindicato de Tripulantes de Cabina Lan Express) of the enterprise Transporte Aéreo S.A., subsidiary of Latam Airlines Group S.A., an air transport company, submitted a specific instance to the Chilean NCP alleging that the company had not observed the Disclosure (Chapter III), Human Rights (Chapter IV), Employment and Industrial Relations (Chapter V) and Combating Bribery, Bribe Solicitation and Extortion (Chpater VII) provisions of the Guidelines. Specifically, the issues concerned company practices that would have made collective bargaining more difficult.
