| Summary | On 5 October 2020, a group of individuals submitted a specific instance to the Chilean NCP alleging that Sacyr Concesiones Chile S.A., an infrastructure development company, had not observed the Human Rights (Chapter IV) and Consumer Interest (Chapter VIII) provisions of the Guidelines.
