| Summary | On 6 August 2020, a group of individuals, the relatives of a worker, submitted a specific instance to the Chilean NCP alleging that AES Gener S.A. (electricity producer and distributer), ATB Riva Calzoni SpA (powerplant equipment supplier) and Strabag SpA (international construction) had not observed the Human Rights (Chapter IV) and Employment and Industrial Relations (Chapter V) provisions of the Guidelines.
