Summary | Read the Final Statement published by the NCP on 3 May 2023: Spanish On 16 November 2020, an individual submitted a specific instance to the Chilean NCP alleging that a telecommunications company had not observed the Consumer Interests (Chapter VIII) provisions of the Guidelines. Specifically, issues concerned the postponement of the refund of a payment, due to delay in the delivery of a product by the company. On 3 May 2023, the NCP published a final statement deciding not to accept the specific instance for further examination as the customer had been refunded and the issues raised in the submission were no longer relevant.
