Summary | In May 2013 the German NCP received a request for a review from an individual alleging that a subsidiary of a German multinational enterprise had breached the general policies, human rights, and employment and industrial relations provisions of the Guidelines in Russia. She alleged that the company had violated her human rights and her rights as an employee and that, when presented with the evidence of these violations, the company had not investigated the matter with due diligence. The NCP undertook an initial assessment and, in September 2013, concluded that the specific instance did not merit further consideration.
