| Summary | In March 2013 the Danish NCP received a request for review from a Danish individual alleging that a housing corporation had breached the human rights provisions of the Guidelines by removing her from a housing waitlist. The NCP contacted the individual regarding the allegations however it became evident that she only wanted the NCP to find a new apartment for her, and that she was not interested in pursuing a specific instance. On 21 May 2013 the NCP concluded that the specific instance did not merit further consideration. |
