| Summary | On 20 August 2024, VAE Abogados, a law firm representing the Chilean company Paralelo Films SpA, submitted a specific instance to the Spanish NCP alleging that a Spanish multinational that operates in the international passenger transport sector had not observed the General Policies (Chapter II), Disclosure (Chapter III), and Science, Technology and Innovation (Chapter IX) provisions of the Guidelines.
