Summary | Read the Initial Assessment Statement issued by the French NCP on 6 April 2021: French On 1 December 2020, an individual, Mr. Teumagnie, submitted a specific instance to the French NCP alleging that the French Group ASCOMA International, a subsidiary of a Cameroonian health insurance company, had not observed the Consumer interests (Chapter VIII) provisions of the OECD Guidelines. More specifically, the submitter contested the refusal of reimbursement of medical expenses that he initiated in France in 2017 and in 2018 and submitted a request for financial compensation to the French NCP on the grounds that the French company ASCOMA International “would represent" the ASCOMA Group.
Accordingly, the French NCP closed the procedure and adopted an its initial assessment statement on 6 April 2021 deciding not to accept the case. |
