| Summary | In May 2011 the Irish NCP received a request for review from an NGO alleging that a multinational enterprise had breached the human rights provisions of the Guidelines in the Palestinian Authority through its shareholding in an Israeli company which supplied products for use in the Palestinian Authority. Following the introduction of national procedures to give effect to the Guidelines, the Irish NCP is undertaking an initial assessment of the specific instance. |
