| Summary | On 13 October 2023, an NGO submitted a specific instance to the Italian NCP alleging that a company active in the agriculture and renewable energy sectors had not observed the Concepts and Principles (Chapter I), General Policies (Chapter II), Disclosure (Chapter III), Human Rights (Chapter IV), Employment and Industrial Relations (Chapter V), Environment (Chapter VI) and Science, Technology and Innovation (Chapter IX) provisions of the Guidelines.
