| Summary | Read the Final Statement published by the NCP 26 October 2021: English On 10 June 2021, L.T. Abdibayeva, an individual, submitted a specific instance to the Kazakhstan NCP alleging that PreventAge International Institute of Integrative Preventive and Anti-Aging Medicine, a scientific and educational institute located in Russia, had not observed the Consumer Interests (Chapter VIII) provisions of the Guidelines. Specifically, issues related to the enterprise’s terms for provision of education services. The submitter alleged violations of the terms relating to online broadcasting of courses during online training. The NCP held discussions with both parties to clarify the facts presented in the case. The company employer replaced the employee which had violated the company terms by not respecting ethics in business communication during the course.
