| Summary | In July 2001, the Netherlands NCP received a request for review by an NGO alleging that a multinational enterprise had breached the general policies, and employment and industrial relations provisions of the Guidelines in India. After seeking an explanation of the OECD Committee on International Investment and Multinational Enterprises (now the OECD Investment Committee) on investment nexus it was decided that the request did not merit further examination by the NCP. |
