| Summary | In December 2003, the Netherlands NCPs received a request for review by a trade union alleging that a company had breached the employment and industrial relations provisions of the Guidelines in Myanmar. The NCP analysed the request and found that it could not accept it for further consideration as it did not have an investment nexus. However the NCP issued a statement (in Dutch) about travel policy to Myanmar. |
