| Summary | Read the final statement published 28 September 2020: English On 5 May 2020, Muchtar B. Pakpahan, in his capacity as chairman of the Dewan Pengurus Pusat (Konfederasi) Serikat Buruh Sejahtera Indonesia ((K)SBSI), a trade union confederation in Indonesia, submitted a specific instance to the Dutch NCP alleging that CNV, a Dutch trade union, had not observed the Guidelines. Chapters were not specified. The submitters alleged that CNV had been illegally cooperating with and funding another trade union in Indonesia, which had a similar name to the submitting party.
