| Summary | Read the final statement published 28 September 2020: English On 5 May 2020, Muchtar B. Pakpahan, in his capacity as chairman of the Dewan Pengurus Pusat (Konfederasi) Serikat Buruh Sejahtera Indonesia ((K)SBSI), a trade union confederation in Indonesia, submitted a specific instance to the Dutch NCP alleging that CNV, a Dutch trade union, had not observed the Guidelines.
