| Summary | Read the Final Statement published 10 September 2024: English On 24 July 2015, the NGO Wider Earthquake Canterbury Network (WECAN), on behalf of an individual, submitted a specific instance to the NZ NCP alleging that an enterprise active in the Financial and insurance activities sector had not observed the General Policies (Chapter II) and Human Rights (Chapter IV) provisions of the Guidelines.
